MaAOHN is very pleased to announce that Marie Oslebo has been voted as our Communications Chair.

She is a Clinical Informatics Nurse at UMass Memorial Health Care, where she serves as a bridge between the nursing staff and the IT department. In this role, she helps translate clinical needs into effective technology solutions, supports system training, improves workflow efficiency, and enhances the overall user experience with electronic health records and other digital tools.

With over 30 years of combined experience in nursing and computer technology, she's passionate about using my skills to empower nurses in today’s fast-evolving healthcare environment. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Informatics, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, and an Associate’s degree in Graphic Arts, which provides me with a unique blend of clinical, technical, and design expertise.

In addition to her work at UMass, she is also the founder of Tech-Savvy Nurse, where she helps fellow nurses build confidence in Microsoft Office and essential computer skills that support non-bedside roles.

She believes that communication should be clear, engaging, and encouraging—especially in our profession—and Marie is honored to take on the role of Communications Chair.
