What: MAAOHN educational and fun program!  Sheila Litchfield will teach us the hands on science of cheese making  We’ll make our own Mozzarella!  Lunch included and some take home cheese.  Earn 2 CEUs.

When:5/17/25 11am EST (approx. 3 hour program)

Where: HAY (Hawlemont Agriculture and You) program at Hawlemont Elementary School at 10 School Street in Charlemont, MA 01339, followed by a visit to Dell Farm (Sheila’s house). We’ll tour both farms and meet goats!
