We loss 2 great colleagues - Ruth Taylor NP and Vivian Hislop RN

I am sorry to tell you about the passing of 2 Occupational Health Nurses.

Ruth Taylor NP

Ruth passed away July 28, 2021 after a brief courageous battle with cancer. She will be greatly missed by her friends and co-workers.

Ruth was the occupational health NP at North Shore Medical in Salem, MA.

Ruth was kind and sweet. and she loved her dogs.

There will be a Christian service for Ruth on Saturday, October 2nd at 11:30 AM at 

Union Congregational Church

Salem Hospital will hold a Memorial Service for Ruth at the hospital on Monday Oct. 4th at 3:30pm outside the entrance on the backside (Jefferson Ave. entrance) of the hospital next to the new ED. Vivian Hislop RN:

Vivian was the Occupational Health Nurse at Analog in Wilmington from 1982 until she joined Occupational Health Connections in 2001.

Vivian was a 20 year employee of OHC, retiring in December 2020. She passed away comfortably at her home on September 21, 2021.

She helped educated many nurses as an instructor at Beverly Hospital School of Nursing.

She was the past president of Mass Occupational Health Nurses Association.

Vivian always saw the bright side of life and will be missed.

Services for Vivian Hislop will be held at Campbell's of Beverly located at 525 Cabot St, Beverly, MA 01915 at 11am Tuesday September 28th. Burial will be at 1:00pm at Wenham Cemetery. A gathering will follow the Burial service at her house 15 Lake Ave Wenham MA.
