It is very easy.
Calling all football fans, show your team spirit and make your support count!
Monday, December 28 (Patriots vs. Bills) is Health Care Hero Appreciation Night at the Patriots game presented by Optum, a health services innovation company within UnitedHealth Group and long-time partner of the New England Patriots.
Nurses and EMTS show your professional pride and celebrate this special night with a free cardboard cutout. You download a picture of yourself and they will make a cutout to put in the stands – so cool!
