Position Description

Nurses needed for Temp to Perm Jobs in Boston,Mass.This facility is open 24 hours 7 days per week....can make your own hours!!

The Patients are sent home with an Ipad and a 24 hour access phone number. Strong experience using an Ipad and laptop necessary as well as experience using skype/facetime.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange for patient in their home, guided by proprietary protocols and software tools.
  • Primary contact,advocate and navigator for patients and their families.
  • Interface on behalf of the patient with members of the Home integrated care team (MD,NP,PT,OT, Infusion Nurse etc.)
  • Remotely monitor patient biometric information and respond appropriately to patient alerts and alarms.
  • Obtain,monitor and maintain an accurate and current record of the patient care plan.
  • Audio/Visual Patient care calls per Patient acuity and protocol or request.
  • This requires experience with Acute care,Medical Surgical or Cardiac are.
  • Strong Technology experience due to utilizing Remote Medical equipment.

Great Pay, Benefits and a Sign on Bonus of $1000.00 after working 520 hours.
