The ideal candidates will have the following background: Current Massachusetts RN license required. Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict management skills required. Telemetry experience preferred. Education and Experience Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, preferred. Demonstrated clinical competence and experience as required by the specific job posting. Critical Care experience preferred. Telemetry experience preferred. CPR Training required within first 3 months of employment. Evidence of continued education and professional development. Certification or advanced training in specialty area preferred. Telemetry training required within the first year of employment. We have several openings in our Cardiac step-down unit (Usen 4) and would love to talk to you about our current RN positions. The Registered Nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. The registered nurse provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Oversees other assigned team members and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide population specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
