Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Director Rehabilitation for a nursing job in Danvers, Massachusetts.

Required: To perform this job successfully, an individual must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for patients receiving cardiac rehab. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions: · Knowledge of principles of cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation behavior modification strategies. · Commitment to the concept of wellness and cardiovascular and pulmonary health preferred. · Ability to read and write English. Requires intense attention, concentration, and excellent leadership and decision-making skills. · Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. · Good visual, verbal, and hearing skills are necessary. · Ability to deal with a wide range of personality types is necessary. · Ability to deal with diverse cultural backgrounds. · BCLS and ACLS certifications are required.· Five years of inpatient nursing which includes at least one year of critical care. · Two years cardiac rehab experience. · A graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in nursing is required. · Must be registered in Massachusetts. Preferred: · A minimum of 2 years of management experience. · Experience caring for patients with cardiac implant devices. · Patient education and/or behavior modification. · Master's degree in nursing, business, or healthcare administration. · Responsible for the management and operations of the cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs. · Responsible for the Pacemaker ICD department. Oversee all remote and in-person cardiac device activities for a hospital-based department. · Works collaboratively with the Medical Directors of Cardiac Rehab and Electrophysiology. · Ensures timely and proper documentation and billing. · Oversees schedules and ensures adequate coverage daily. · Serves as a resource to staff, other departments, and administration. Provides input and recommendations to develop and maintain budgetary goals. · Maintains knowledge of hospital, department, and regulatory agency policies and requirements.
