Location/Hours We are located at the convenient location of 55 Highland Avenue, Suite 101, in Salem, M A. We are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. As a Gastroenterology office, we diagnose and treat diseases of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, colon, rectum, liver, gallbladder, pancreas and biliary tract. We also have several endoscopy services provided at Salem Hospital and at the collaborative gastroenterology practice in the Mass General/North Shore Center for Outpatient Care in Danvers. The Opportunity We are seeking a full time, 40-hour Triage RN to support our Gastroenterology practice. This role is perfect for a seasoned nurse who is a self-starter and thrives in an educational, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide phone-based support, offering first-line advice, feedback, and guidance to patients. - Communicate test results and follow-up care instructions effectively. - Serve as the initial point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information. - Work closely with the clinical team to enhance patient care and streamline communications.
