Job Summary Deliver high quality, safe and cost effective patient services through management of a highly functioning interdisciplinary clinical team. Ensure regulatory and organization policies and standards are met. Proactively contribute to achievement of clinical, administrative and financial goals. Key Activities • Manage staff assignments, caseloads and productivity • Evaluate staffing levels and clinical competence • Provide clinical guidance and coaching for complex situations • Manage quality and fiscal outcomes, service utilization, targeted case mix and productivity levels • Reports are prepared and information analyzed to manage patient care and team performance • Clinical documentation and records are reviewed to ensure accuracy Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Rehab discipline required or equivalent experience; • Minimum 5 years progressively responsible clinical experience with at least 1 year recent home health experience • Prior supervisory or management experience required • Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software applications • Local travel required • Strong written, verbal and electronic communications skills • In-depth understanding of home health Medicare Conditions of Participation, payment mechanisms for home health • Ability to critically assess a situation, make a decision, and execute a solution • Gain sponsorship and buy-in necessary to support and implement initiatives by inviting diverse input and participation • Operate with integrity and possess management style that is ethical, honest and objective.
