Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

Location: Newton Center, Massachusetts

Contract Duration: 08/31/2025 – 11/29/2025

Shift: 5x8 Days (Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts)

Pay: $2,800/week

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team for a 13-week contract assignment in Newton Center, MA. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, promoting recovery and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home assessments to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Provide direct nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and home care techniques
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health nursing experience
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills

Contract Details:

• Start Date: August 31, 2025
• End Date: November 29, 2025
• Schedule: 5x8 hour day shifts, Monday to Friday
• Weekly Pay: $2,800 (inclusive of stipend and taxable pay)
