Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description

Our client is currently seeking an RN-Unit Manager to join their team in Peabody, MA. If interested and qualified, please apply immediately!

We are looking for a RN unit Manager to work in the LTC/ Rehab portion of the community. This unit has 60 patients. The caseload would be split between our candidate and an existing Unit Manager. On average there are 10 admissions/discharges weekly.

Shift: 8a-4p or 9a-5p M-F

Bonus: Merit increase, and Annual bonus up to 8% of salary.

Requirements

Three years SNF (skilled nursing facility) experience
Preferred to have wound certification.
Functions would include wound documentation, reviewing orders, care plans, assisting with audits, educating nurses and CNAs as needed.
Strong leadership
Clinical oversight
Reporting
Customer Service (ability to be patient and understanding with involved families)
