Alexandra approaches her work with creativity and diligence. Urgent/emergency medicine remains a passion of hers, but she is excited by the ability to empower and promote well-being in her clients through aesthetic medicine. Alexandra is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and one of the leading ladies of LexRx. She worked at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in the Adult and Pediatric Urgent Care Center, and then transitioned to managing her own urgent care clinic. In these roles, Alexandra was exposed to many complex medical problems and gained immense clinical insight. She received formal certification through AMET for injectables. Her strong foundation in urgent/emergency medicine has evolved into a flourishing career as a Nurse Practitioner and trusted provider. As co-founder LexRx and Inject With Lex, Alexandra was the Lead Instructor for the nation’s first University-hosted, injectables training program. As a Key Opinion Leader in the industry, Alexandra has been an invited speaker at industry conferences, including the American MedSpa Association’s MedSpa Show, The Aesthetic Show, Innova@Tufts, and the Nurse Practitioner Entrepreneurship Conference.
